About Us

Former students of Dhynanvardhini Vidyalaya of Ryat Shikshan Sanstha in Charkop area of Mumbai have established a charitable organization ‘Aamhi Swavalambi Pratishthan’ 12 years ago. All these students belong to the middle class and always strive to contribute to the education of poor needy students like us and their parents. This institution is working with the ideal of Karmaveer Bhaurao Patil as a Maharishi.

In the last year, this organization organized financial assistance and social awareness activities for many schools in and around our school. This includes paying the fees of very poor students, providing them with educational materials, understanding the problems of their parents.

Apart from this organization (Special School Day)

Special school days such as Science Day, Marathi Language Pride Day, Geography and Hindi Day are organized.

A library is open for the senior citizens of the locality. The organization also celebrates cultural programs like Diwali evening, Shiv Jayanti festival. Diwali also distributes food. During the Corona period, they also distributed food and clothes to the needy families. Sewing machines and household items were gifted to women for women empowerment.

Chandrayaan 3 launch workshop and sending of Rakhi Purnima letters to jawans were also two special events which benefited 15 schools in the area.

Students were felicitated with prizes.
Activities are done from the point of view of creating awareness in the society and increasing the quality of the society. Student activists are giving their valuable time. Some philanthropic congregations are providing financial support to the organization but due to the need of the activities it is becoming difficult to meet the financial burden.
